Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- A return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories are not eligible for returns:
- Customized, cut-to-size, or made-to-order materials (such as glass panels, veneers, and modular accessories made to specific measurements)
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation or mishandling after delivery
- Items purchased under clearance, sale, or special discount offers
Return & Replacement Process

- Inspection: Our team may request photos/videos of the product for quick evaluation.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for product pickup or drop-off.
- Replacement/Refund:
- For eligible returns, a replacement will be processed first (subject to stock availability).
- In case replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), return shipping will be free of cost.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection), the buyer will bear the return shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report it immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with images of the packaging and product.
- We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
